1920's Hacker flat fronted morning trousers size 34 36 38

For sale here we have a rare pair of bespoke flat fronted morning trousers by Hacket, from the early 20's.  

Measurements 

Waist - 34 originally but have been taken out using a V section, to a 38.  

Inside leg - 32” ( unfinished) 

Outside leg - 46”

Hem - 17”

Fit - 34-38 reg depending on what you do with the V. 

Condition - Useable but there are quite a few small holes on the front thigh and crotch so maybe just for theatre or fashion study.
