1920's shawl collar Marcella white tie waistcoat size 42 44

On offer here we have a rare and superb J.C Wells shawl collar backed white tie waistcoat in herringbone, rather than Marcella. . These are rare and almost mythical in larger sizes. 

Measurements 

length - 21

Armpit to armpit  - 23

Fit - 43 short although you can always lengthen them at the shoulder by adding white cotton. Also the traditional white tie trousers will help. It won't fit over 6' though regardless of trouser height. In addition the waistcoat has a V added at the back and although measuring like a big 44 originally it was a 42. 

Condition - Excellent , there are a couple of faint spots on the lapel and a couple of small ones unseen at the side seam.
