Vintage bespoke 1920's striped dinner waistcoat size 36

Here we have a unique looking striped waistcoat in evening coat probably from the 1920's but quite possibly earlier . We've not seen one like this before and would take a guess that its from a gents club / drinking club or possibly college group. Very nicely bespoke made.

 Length from top of collar - 21.5

 Chest - 19

Fit - 36 short by modern standards

Condition - Excellent , other than rust stains by the buckle on the back. The other smaller marks on the back are form when I dropped it briefly in muddy water and will come off easily.
